TELUS has an existing Request Management solution that has 20 years of success and maturity behind it. They wanted to know if some of their key features and functionalities could be replicated in ServiceNow’s Service Catalog, should one of their Request Management customers wish to move to that platform. Over several months, we implemented each of their requirements and showcased a “best of both worlds” approach that took the best functionality from their existing system and combined it with the best features of ServiceNow to create a unique solution that is on a modern platform and has 20 years of Request Management experience backing it up. We also trained their Request Management Administrators on how to replicate anything and everything they would need. This training was also code-less and used Flow Designer, so no one from TELUS required any coding experience or knowledge at all.
