With more and more organizations having employees all over the world, the need for language translation is at an all-time high. ServiceNow has its own abilities for translations, as well as the ability to integrate into 3rd party systems. We helped create an integration that links ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure Dynamic Translation to perform so that text in specific fields can be converted to the user’s preferred language, on the fly. This involved multiple languages being managed and configuring highly-used fields to utilize this feature. The benefits of this type of  integration are seen immediately for organizations, as users are able to translate the data they needed in their primary language, thereby reducing confusion and increasing comprehension.
