KGHM International’s IT group is small, but dedicated and highly efficient. However, there is simply too much work to “do it all”. We have been completing their upgrades and ensuring that the entire process goes as smoothly as possible. The first upgrade did take approximately 40 hours. However, once we were able to establish an effective upgrade plan and gain familiarity with their instances, we were able to cut that time down to approximately 12 hours (a 70% decrease). Now, upgrades for KGHM International are quick, cheap, easily completed, and are implemented smoothly.
