ServiceNow Trusted Advisor: EPI-USE

A client needed to establish modern Strategic, Demand, and Technical Governance to address the challenges of a lack of ServiceNow direction, a siloed demand intake process, and different technical implementation methods being used to deliver similar outcomes. An overview of a Strategic governance plan clarified the ServiceNow vision and roadmap, which led to more effective Demand governance that delivered the highest value business outcomes first. Launched Technical Governance so that implementations were conducted in a unified manner that adhered to the latest best practices. This resulted not only in resolving a major issue that prevented migrations to Production without any data loss, but also reduced delivery times of new implementation work.

A new implementation of HRSD is currently being delivered for a client. This process includes complexities around the probation period during the onboarding process. Thorough documentation and solution consulting has been conducted, which has delivered a clearly understood implementation plan and managed expectations.
