Currently, we have Mainline Certifications for the San Diego release of ServiceNow for Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD), Service Provider (SP), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Discovery (ITOM), and Event Management (ITOM).
Our Suite Certification are ITSM and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional. We can handle any ITSM or HRSD project for any organization.
With 13 ServiceNow Micro-certifications (listed below), you can feel confident that we have the credentials to tackle any project that you have in mind. These have combined with our Mainline Certifications to grant us Suite Certifications.
The following ServiceNow Mainline Certification courses have been completed: Application Portfolio Management (ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (ITBM). All that is remaining is passing the examination.
After 6+ years of working with ServiceNow, we know how to get the job done in most areas of the platform. We have implemented many projects in the IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, Discovery (ITOM), Event Management (ITOM), Application Portfolio Management (APM: ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM: ITBM) modules.
In 2021, we plan to obtain certifications in the following areas: IT Service Management (ITSM) (Q4), Certified Application Developer (Q4), and Software Asset Management (SAM) (Q4).
