Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers could be hosting an auction at any minute on any day. If there is an issue with any of their auction process (setup, execution, teardown), then they need ServiceNow to be there for them. This 24×7, 365 environment meant that ServiceNow upgrades had to be quick, effective, and have no downtime whatsoever. We worked closely with them and their Change Management process to ensure that this was delivered successfully over the course of several upgrades. Their current ServiceNow Administrator has now taken over this process, as of October 2018.
