ServiceNow Trusted Advisor: CVS Health via Proviniti and ServiceNow

Led the CMDB and CSDM migration from a highly customized brownfield instance to a newly provisioned, less customized greenfield instance. This involved all discoverable and manually created CMDB/CSDM data. I also conducted a full customization evaluation of the brownfield instance and identified places where customizations could be aligned to the ServiceNow baseline. This included conducting all the requirements gathering, leading the team to create and managed stories, overseeing deliverables, managing UAT acceptance, and ultimately migrating manual data to the greenfield production instance. This involved managing more than 70 million Configuration Items (CIs) and over 100 million CI relationships.
