ServiceNow Trusted Advisor: Global Payments via Proviniti and ServiceNow

Leading a team of Technical Consultants for two greenfield implementations of ServiceNow covering ITSM, CSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, CSDM, HAM, SAM, and Integrations. I am the Program Architect overseeing the technical implementation of all workstreams. The first greenfield implementation was delivered on time, on budget, and with a 1.7% defect rate. The second greenfield implementation is on track for the same outcomes. This is currently part time for me, with a target roll off date to happen by the end of March 2026.
